Personal data processing agreement

This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the management methods of the website https://www.mobo.it, (hereinafter “Site”) with reference to the processing of users’ personal data.

This document is provided, in compliance with art. 13 of the European Regulation relating to the protection of individuals (Reg. EU 679/2016), to all users who consult and, more generally, interact with the services rendered through the Mo-Bo Srl Site, located in Via Pacinotti Antonio, 7/B
35030 Rubano (PD) (hereinafter, the “Owner” or “Mo-Bo Srl”).

In this page you will find:
– purposes and methods used by Mo-Bo Srl to collect and process your personal data;

The document is valid for this Site exclusively, therefore Mo-Bo Srl assumes no responsibility for any other websites that may be consulted through hypertext links contained by the site itself. The data will be processed by means of IT and manual tools.

1. What types of personal data do we process?

Navigation data.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the date/time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about how the site was used and to make it work correctly, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
Mo-Bo Srl will acquire any personal data provided by the user through the Site to formulate requests via e-mail, to download documents or by using the contact form provided on the site. By way of example, the Owner will acquire as mandatory data (indicated by an asterisk) name, surname, e-mail address; telephone number, province and a free text field will be acquired optionally. Through the Site, the Owner will not acquire data of a sensitive nature or in any case belonging to the particular categories referred to in art. 9 of the Regulation or data relating to criminal convictions or offenses.

2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

a) for the provision of the requested services
The data provided voluntarily by the user will be processed by the Owner to respond to his requests and exclusively for this purpose. The provision of such data is therefore necessary to obtain the requested service and the legal basis of the processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 lett. b of the Regulation (“execution of a contract”). Your data will also be processed to ensure the correct functioning of the web page and its contents. In this case, the data processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Owner.

b) for the fulfillment of legal obligations
Any data processing to fulfill legal obligations is based on art. 6 paragraph 1 letter. c (“legal obligation”).

3. Subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed

4. How long the processing lasts and how long the provided data are kept

Your data will be kept in order to follow up on your requests, formulated through the Site. Further data will be kept for the strictly necessary period and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 12 months.

5. What rights can you exercise?

We inform you that, in accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights:

• to request and obtain information about the existence of personal data in the availability of the Owner and access such data;
• for data processed with automated systems, to request the transfer to another holder;
• to request and obtain the modification and / or correction of your personal data if you believe that they are inaccurate or incomplete;
• to request and obtain the cancellation – and / or limitation of processing – of your personal data in the case of data or information that is not necessary – or no longer necessary – for the aforementioned purposes, therefore after the retention period indicated in the preceding paragraph has elapsed.

6. Changes to the agreement

The Owner has the right to modify or simply update the content of this agreement, in part or completely, also due to any changes in the applicable legislation. These changes and / or updates will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site. The Owner therefore invites you to regularly visit this section to become aware of the most recent and updated version of the information and to be updated on the data collected and their use.
